Units 7 & 8 Premier Park

SEGRO appointed CA Hollis to oversee the refurbishment works of Units 7 & 8 at Premier Park and instructed Open Contracts as the main contractor.

The project brief was to extend the life and performance of the units through a thoughtful refurbishment, to improve their sustainability credentials, and create high-quality, modern industrial space for future occupiers.

The refurbishment was delivered in a live business environment – Premier Park, London –  requiring close coordination with stakeholders and careful sequencing of works to maintain health and safety, with minimal disruption.

  • The project involved comprehensive upgrades to the building external and internal areas to improve performance, safety, and energy efficiency.
  • The roof had added new rooflights to maximise natural light, and a high-performance coating to extend durability.
  • Internally, the office, warehouse and welfare areas were refurbished to a modern commercial standard, including new mechanical and electrical services and full decorations.
  • Externally, the building’s windows, entrance doors, and cladding were refurbished and PVs and EV charger points were also installed.
