• Published first set of company accounts
• Started working with Savills
• Moved office to Commercial Way in Woking
• Certified by SafeContractor

2003

• Completed first 100 projects
• Started working with Dorrington and Workman LLP
• Certified to ISO9001

2004

• Moved office to Poole Road in Woking

2005

• Started working with JLL

2006

• Welcomed Project Manager Neil Corbin into the team

2007

• Reached 1,000 enquiries

2008

• Started working with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE

2009

• Completed first 500 projects

2010

• Welcomed Site Manager Trevor Yates

• Celebrated our 10th birthday

• Started working with CORE and Spring Building Consultancy
• Certified by Constructionline as a Silver Member – fast forward to 2018 when we became a Gold Member

• Reached 2,000 enquiries

And finally, on 1st May 2022 as a team working together with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers and partners we’ll celebrate being Open Contracts for 21 years in the construction industry.
