The third-floor office space now offers 4,055 sq ft of high-spec installations and finishes that meet the expectations of our clients and the rental market in this area.

The strip-out works took the space back to shell and core, and enabled us to integrate the new M&E systems and the high-end interior finishes. The SAS metal drop-tiled ceilings not only provide easy access to the M&E systems for maintenance but also contribute to the modern aesthetic of the office space. Moreover, the recessed coffer MF ceilings with strip lighting complement the previous features, as this combination enhances the ambience of the space, offering a blend of functionality and style with energy-efficient lighting solutions.
We conducted raised floor repairs using reclaimed floor pans. This approach not only preserved the building’s original character but also minimized waste, aligning with our commitment to environmentally responsible practices. New LED lights were installed throughout the office space, offering energy-efficient solutions. These lights are designed to reduce energy consumption while providing superior illumination and can be adjusted within the Simmtronic lighting controls we also installed.
