A warehouse building with trees in front of it, in Prologis Central Way, a park that offers modern industrial spaces.

Project Brief

The previous occupants left Unit 6 vacant, prompting the need for a comprehensive overhaul to bring it in line with more modern industrial units in the park and make it more appealing for the rental market.

The refurbishment encompassed the removal of a mezzanine, interior and exterior decoration, and works including:

  • strip-out
  • roof surveying
  • first and second fix M&E works and plumbing alterations
  • installation of energy-efficient LED lighting in the warehouse
  • cladding repairs
  • addition of EV chargers
  • fire-stopping
  • laying new carpet tiles and warehouse floor finishes
  • fitting a new kitchen
  • testing & commissioning

“Unit 6 stands as a fine example of modern industrial space on the estate park. ”

The Renewed Space

Our refurbishment efforts have transformed Unit 6 into a space that will now work harder and smarter for our client and future occupiers.

The installation of four EV chargers will support the new occupants in commuting more sustainably, while the newly added LED lights in both the warehouse and office areas will curb energy waste.

In addition to the internal refurbishment, the exterior – including the 16 car park bays – has been redecorated and thoroughly cleaned.

This entire program was executed within 12 weeks, delivering a swift return on investment for our client Prologis.

Whatever you need a space to do, we make it happen. Talk to us about how we can create a space that works for you.
